Role Purpose
The Leader Performance Ominicommerce acts as a strategic business partner across Offer, Marketing, Digital, Sales, Supply and Finance to optimize growth and profitability in an increasingly competitive, multi-channel environment. Reporting to the BU Performance Leader, this role is responsible for driving cross-functional economic and operational performance by aligning commercial levers including pricing policy, national campaigns, 1P and 3P digital activities and customer journey optimization with overall business unit targets.
By identifying growth opportunities and evaluating their impact against key BU objectives, the Omni Performance Leader turns complex data into actionable recommendations. The role plays a critical part in guiding decision making, strengthening performance across all customer touchpoints, and working directly with execution teams to ensure consistency, maximize value creation and turn strategic insights into concrete results.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and optimise pricing performance, identifying opportunities to improve competitiveness, revenue and margin.
Analyse national campaign performance, including pricing, sales, revenue, margin and ROI and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
Monitor 1P and 3P digital and ecommerce performance, including traffic, conversion, availability, revenue and operational costs.
Analyse the end-to-end customer journey, from acquisition and activation through to conversion and retention.
Identify performance gaps, risks and commercial opportunities across the Business Unit.
Translate data and insights into practical recommendations and action plans.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement and track the impact of agreed initiatives.
Contribute to regular Business Unit performance reviews and strategic decision-making.
Support initiatives that drive growth, customer acquisition, revenue, profitability and value creation.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Commerce, Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics or a related field.
3–5 years' experience in business performance, commercial analysis, pricing, financial analysis, ecommerce, revenue management or a related field.
Strong experience analysing commercial and financial data and translating insights into business recommendations.
Experience with pricing, promotional campaigns, digital commerce and/or customer performance analytics.
Strong understanding of revenue, margin, profitability and ROI drivers.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; BI/data visualisation experience is advantageous.
Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication and presentation skills.
Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG or another commercially driven environment will be advantageous.
