Department Manager
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to contribute to the achievement of the organization's strategic and operational objectives by delivering high-quality work within the designated area of responsibility. The incumbent will be responsible for executing key activities, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (advantageous)
Atleast 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role
Experience leading and supporting teams, including coaching, training, and managing disciplinary processes
Strong understanding and enforcement of workplace health & safety regulations and product quality standards
