Graphic Designer
Role Purpose
We are seeking a talented and creative Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our Communications and Marketing team. In this role, you will conceptualise and produce high-quality visual content aligned with our brand guidelines. You will manage the design and production of marketing collateral across various media platforms including print, digital, and out-of-home (OOH) and project manage campaigns from inception to delivery, working closely with internal teams and external partners
Key Responsibilities
Define and facilitate our Brand platform, tailoring strategies to different markets
Incorporate broader corporate and marketing objectives into creative concepts and executions
Maintain strict adherence to Corporate Identity guidelines throughout all creative work
Manage brand positioning and conduct brand measurement studies, including e-reputation analysis
Develop content for social media, websites, newsletters, signage, and other channels covering design and copywriting
Coordinate and project manage collaboration between internal teams and external agencies
Lead the selection process for communication agency partners and oversee ongoing relationships and deliverables
Develop and implement content strategies for offline and online channels, including video, photography, and graphic content
Formalise and execute social media strategies, serving as the brand ambassador internally and externally
Manage the design budget and ensure all projects meet deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant qualification such as a Graphic Design Diploma or BCom Degree in Communications or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Confident communicator and presenter with strong writing, editing, proof-reading, and layout skills
Experience in professional printing and publishing processes
Excellent organisational, planning, and project management skills
Creative with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to current trends
Strong understanding of digital media and social media trends
Self-motivated with a positive, professional approach to work
Experience in omnichannel retail or FMCG marketing is advantageous
