HR Administrator (Fourways, Johannesburg)
Are you an administrative powerhouse who thrives in a fast paced environment? We are looking for an HR Administrator to keep the wheels turning at our Fourways Store.
Role Purpose
To provide essential administrative support within the Human Resources Department, ensuring accurate employee record management, recruitment assistance, and compliance with company policies. Additionally, the role supports all departments in the Fourways Store by offering administrative services that contribute to smooth operations and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding processes and setup for new employees
Administer employee termination processes, including documentation, filing, and exit interviews
Maintain accurate employee records and personal files in line with HR compliance standards
Support payroll processing by preparing data, resolving queries, and managing leave administration
Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling, tracking participation, and reporting
Ensure HR compliance by managing IOD cases, employment equity requirements, and legal HR reporting
Manage HR reporting and record keeping to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance
Oversee uniform and company asset administration, including ordering, issuing, tracking, and inventory control
Provide general HR administrative support, including audits, HR projects, CSR initiatives, and meeting coordination
Qualification and Experience
Matric (Grade 12) or an equivalent qualification
HR-related qualification is advantageous
Previous retail experience is beneficial
